Confidentiality
Your identity is always protected.
How SRA holds respondent data, and what your firm does and does not see.
For survey respondents
Your identity
Your identity is always protected. All feedback provided on this secure website is received directly by Survey Research Associates and not by anyone at the firm.
The upward feedback you give on the website will never be identified as coming from you. You will never be identified by name, gender, class year or practice group.
Written comments provided by associates are compiled together and presented in the upward feedback report in the aggregate.
Survey Research Associates has pledged to the firm that all the feedback you give on the upward review website will be confidential and will never be identified by its source.
Security of the website
Once you have logged on to the site, you are protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, the industry standard for secure transactions online. Your feedback cannot be read as it travels over the Internet because it is end to end encrypted.
How reporting protects respondents
Results are suppressed below a minimum response threshold, so small practice groups are reported in aggregate or not at all. Every free-text response is reviewed for identifiability before it reaches a partner or the firm.
Response data never enters your firm's systems in an identifying way.
Questions
If you have any question about confidentiality before you respond, contact SRA directly at contact@srahq.com. Your firm will not be told that you asked.
